Simple to become a member
If you have made a planned gift of any kind and of any size to CHS or CHS Foundation, you are automatically a member. All you have to do is let us know. You can remain anonymous if you choose. Please provide us with your gift details and contact information, to make sure your wishes are followed and you won't miss any of the special ways we honor you, as a Founder's Society member.
